4. WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS
This is a physically demanding job. You’ll be moving heavy items — up stairs, down stairs, in and out of storage — every single day.
But here’s the thing: you’ll also be in front of customers every day. Our crews are the face of Little Guys, and how you show up — your attitude, your communication, your professionalism — is just as important as your ability to carry a heavy box. If you take pride in doing right by people, you’ll fit right in.
Most days start at 7:15 am. You’re done when the job is done — we aim for 6 pm, but some days run shorter, some longer. Full-day availability is required.

6. REQUIREMENTS
Non-negotiables:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 consecutive years — confirm your location’s standard
- Clean driving record
- Full-day availability required (this is not a few-hours-per-day job)
- Weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Thorough background check performed prior to hiring

- Strong communicator who can put customers at ease and takes direction well
- Personally accountable — you show up on time and do the job right
- Physically Capable — you must be able to handle stairs repeatedly with heavy loads
