Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced full-time Class A CDL tri-axle dump truck driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate a heavy-duty tri-axle dump truck to transport construction materials, debris, and other freight efficiently and safely across Columbia County and northeast/central Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate an 18-speed manual transmission tri-axle dump truck to deliver materials such as gravel, dirt, or demolition debris.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels to maintain optimal safety standards.
- Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage delivery documentation accurately, including logs of mileage, load details, and delivery receipts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate pickups and drop-offs in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating dump trucks, tractor-trailers, or similar heavy-duty trucks with manual transmissions.
- Strong understanding of driving best practices for safety and efficiency.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Prior experience required.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
