Fuel Hauling Truck Driver (2 years Minimum experience) Jobs in Parker, CO at SiDar Energy LLC
Duties:
– Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
– Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
– Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working order
– Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
– Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently and effectively
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
– Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
– Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and vehicle maintenance
Skills:
– Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles
– Experience with specialized equipment (e.g., tanker)
– Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
– Ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
– Excellent navigation skills and the ability to read maps or use GPS systems
– Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and safe transportation of goods
– Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers on the road
– Commercial driving experience with a clean driving record
Note: A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with tanker and Hazmat endorsements is required for this position.
