Join the Source Build team as a Forklift Operator, Delivery Driver, and Material Handler, where you’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse and jobsite deliveries running efficiently. This position combines warehouse operations with local deliveries of building materials to contractors, builders, and homeowners throughout Utah.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery trucks.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and organize building materials.
- Drive company box trucks or flatbed trucks to deliver cabinets, flooring, trim, doors, and other building materials to jobsites and customers throughout the area.
- Use pallet jacks and other equipment to safely unload and place materials at delivery locations.
- Verify deliveries, inspect materials for accuracy and damage, and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Assist with receiving inbound shipments, stocking inventory, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts, trucks, and equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while following OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Work alongside the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
- Be willing to assist with general warehouse duties and other responsibilities as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred but not required).
- Clean driving record and ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles.
- Experience delivering building materials is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
- Comfortable operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a strong team member.

Pay: $24.82 – $29.90 per hour
