Responsibilities
Carry out loading and unloading (forklift or electric pallet truck);
Secure and/or verify the securing of merchandise;
Load the merchandise into the trailers in the right order and use your logical mind to maximize the space in the trailers;
Comply with safety procedure and quality and productivity standards;
Effector any other task that can be assigned.
Job requirements
Hold a high school diploma;
Forklift driver card;
Knowledge of Law 430;
Experience in a transport company (major asset);
Motivated by teamwork and enjoy challenges;
Have good physical stamina and the ability to work in a variable temperature environment;
Ability to work efficiently and quickly to meet the daily requirements of LTL transportation;
Logical and analytical mind.
