In This Role, You’ll
You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, multi‑temperature environment focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly—from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify order accuracy and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
- Follow QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely.
- Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation.
- Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments.
What You’ll Bring
- Warehouse experience.
- Experience operating a stand‑up forklift and reach truck.
- Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 °F.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners (preferred).
Schedule & Setting
- 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
- Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: –5 °F to 38 °F).
- Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
- Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed.
Pay & Benefits
- $23.23 /hr
, not including pay for performance (PFP). - After a 90‑day probation period, the pay will increase to $25.34 /hr (not including PFP).
- Weekly pay (every Friday).
- Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. The company pays 60 % of the premium.
