Job Description: Moving Foreman
Job Type: Full-time
Summary
Lead a moving team, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service. Act as the main customer contact and oversee all aspects of the move from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Driver liscence and truck driving experience will be a huge
· Lead and supervise a crew of 1–3 movers
· Drive and operate 20–26 ft. box trucks
· Walk through jobs with customers to confirm scope and address concerns
· Oversee proper wrapping, loading, and unloading of belongings
· Handle customer payments, paperwork, and tips
· Enforce safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications
· 1+ years of moving industry experience
· Prior leadership experience (foreman or crew lead)
· Valid driver’s license with clean record; DOT medical card preferred
· good physical condition
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation
· $27/hour + tips and higher
