We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Food Truck Operator / Manager who’s ready to step beyond the line and take ownership of a fast-growing mobile concept. If you’re an experienced line cook who wants more responsibility, more variety, and more earning potential, this is your move.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute a high-quality, consistent menu in a fast-paced food truck environment
- Drive and operate the food truck safely to scheduled locations and events
- Manage daily setup, service, and breakdown
- Oversee inventory, prep, and basic ordering
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Line cook experience required (you can handle a rush and know your way around a kitchen)
- Active, valid driver’s license required (you’ll be driving the truck)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
