Antique Rose Florist is a full-service flower shop in Magnolia, TX, delivering fresh floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to homes, businesses, and event venues across Magnolia, Montgomery, Pinehurst, Spring, The Woodlands, and Willis. We’re hiring a reliable flower delivery driver and floral shop assistant to join our team — a great entry point into the floral industry, no experience necessary.
What You’ll Do
- Drive our company-provided delivery van (no CDL, no personal vehicle needed) to deliver floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to homes, businesses, funeral homes, and event venues
- Load and secure floral arrangements to prevent damage during transport
- Follow planned delivery routes efficiently, adapting to traffic and last-minute changes
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery
- Provide courteous, professional customer service at every delivery stop
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report maintenance issues promptly
- Assist in the flower shop with receiving and processing floral shipments, prepping stems, and organizing coolers
- Help with light administrative and front-counter tasks: answering phones, taking orders, processing payments
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies
- Support floral designers by prepping vases, containers, and supplies
Requirements
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- No CDL or delivery experience required — we’ll train you
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with basic phone/computer use for orders and scheduling
- Friendly, customer-facing communication skills
- Available for occasional early mornings and holiday peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
- Must pass a pre-employment background/driving record check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15 – $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 30 -40 hours per week
Service Area
We deliver to Magnolia, Montgomery, Pinehurst, Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, Willis and surrounding area.
