They are currently seeking a hands‑on and results‑driven Fleet Driver Supervisor to lead, support, and mentor their team of drivers while ensuring efficient day‑to‑day fleet operations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily driver operations to ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently
  • Supervise, coach, and support drivers while promoting accountability and performance
  • Conduct ride‑along, performance evaluations, and regular driver check‑ins
  • Act as the main point of contact for driver concerns, guidance, and issue resolution
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and driver behavior while implementing corrective actions when required
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to optimize routing and driver utilization
  • Support onboarding and training of new drivers, including company policies and safety procedures
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Assist with incident investigations, reporting, and root‑cause analysis
  • Maintain accurate documentation and performance records

Requirements

  • College diploma or equivalent experience preferred
  • Valid AZ license required
  • Previous experience operating a roll‑off truck required
  • 2–4 years of experience within transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within transportation or field operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
  • Comfortable working within a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
  • Willingness to travel between company locations as needed
