PAY STRUCTURE
- 30% of TOTAL GROSS – no hidden cuts
- Smart drivers can gross $9,000–$11,000+ weeks
- Direct deposit every Friday
- 1099 position
- No rate shaving
- No dispatch games
We share profit with drivers who perform.
EQUIPMENT (2025–2026 MODELS)
Freightliner – Peterbilt – Kenworth – Volvo
All trucks include:
- Automatic transmission
- APU & Inverters
- Refrigerator & Microwave
- Tablet & dash cam (roadside only)
You drive clean equipment. Period.
ROUTES
- All 47 states
- OTR position
- 2–3 weeks out
- 3–4 days home
Consistent miles. No sitting.
BONUSES
- $500 Driver Referral Bonus

WHO WE WANT
You must have:
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience
- Strong tarping & load securement skills
- Clean record (No SAP, No DUI, No reckless driving)
- Good physical condition
- Strong work ethic
- Team mentality with dispatch
Flatbed is not for lazy drivers.
If you can’t handle chains, tarps, weather, and real work — this isn’t for you.
