Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotshot Flatbed Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently from one location to another. This role requires a strong understanding of securing flatbed loads, ELD functions, and following Dispatch instructions. The Flatbed Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Home daily.
Duties
- Safely load and unload freight ensuring proper securing methods are used to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate Dually truck with 40 ft flatbed trailer.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Navigate designated routes for timely delivery while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including vehicle condition reports, and mileage logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in Hotshot or Flatbed operations.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,200.00 per week
