Field Service Driver — Reliant Coffee Service Chicago Greater Area · Full-Time · On-Site Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month (base + bonus) + vehicle

The base pay starts at $3,000/month, with the opportunity to earn an additional $1,000 monthly bonus when requirements are met. Compensation
- Base pay: $3,000/month
- Monthly performance bonus: up to $1,000 (when requirements are met)
- Total earning potential: up to $4,000/month
- Company vehicle provided for your route, or a gas/vehicle allowance — you're covered either way.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour paid lunch break)
- 40 hours per week

The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position serving the Chicago Greater Area. You'll manage a route of up to 60 client locations per week. At each stop, you'll clean and service the coffee machines, restock supplies, and make sure everything is running smoothly and looking great for the client. It's a hands-on, on-the-go role — no two days look exactly the same.
What We're Looking For
No experience needed — we will train you! We're looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable driving daily and holds a valid driver's license
- Available full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM window
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in leaving things cleaner than they found them
- Organized, punctual, and able to manage a busy route independently
- Friendly and professional — clients will look forward to seeing you
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience with coffee machines or espresso equipment is a plus, but not required — we train from day one
