FedEx Personal Delivery Driver Jobs in Independence at J.E. ADAMS INC
JE Adams Inc. is currently seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals interested in delivering FedEx packages using their own personal vehicle. This is a position with an independent FedEx Ground contractor and is not direct employment with FedEx.
We are looking for individuals who are professional, reliable, customer-service oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining safe driving practices.
Compensation
- $25 per hour
- Approximately 6–8 hours per day
Applicants must provide a vehicle that meets the following standards:
- SUVs preferred
- Vehicle must be 15 years old or newer
- No dents, scratches, rust, or mismatched body panels
- Vehicle must be clean, reliable, and well-maintained
- Must meet all company appearance and safety standards
Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver FedEx packages safely and efficiently
- Complete deliveries within required time commitments
- Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions
- Maintain professional and courteous customer service
- Accurately scan and deliver packages
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
- Missouri applicants must possess a Class E License
- Clean driving record
- Must pass federal and state background checks
- No felony convictions
- Must pass a drug screening that includes marijuana testing
