Position: FedEx Package Handler – Flexible Shifts
Take on a crucial role as a Package Handler at Fed Ex, working flexible AM and PM shifts to help manage the flow of freight. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations in our facility.
As a Package Handler, you will load, unload, scan, and sort packages, adhering to Fed Ex Canada and Customs protocols. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a good grasp of safety and operational standards. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a PC Windows environment will contribute to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently load and unload freight
• Scan and sort packages accurately
• Operate handling equipment safely
• Fulfill training requirements and certifications
• Lift and maneuver packages according to safety standards
Requirements:
• Preferred High School Diploma or GED
• Familiarity with Fed Ex operations and Customs regulations
• Must lift 70 lbs and manage packages up to 150 lbs
• Proficiency in a PC Windows environment
• Good interpersonal communication abilities
