PDT, Inc is hiring a Full-Time FedEx CDL A Driver for Nightly Linehaul Runs out of Greensboro, NC.
Route Details:
- Home Daily — run nightly PM/overnight routes, dispatching between 9pm-3am, and be home during the day
- Full-Time, 5-day work week (6-day availability required during peak season).
- No Touch Freight – drop & hook only
- Average miles vary by route, typically 300-600 miles per night — consistent year-round work
Solo Driving Rates:
- 0-5 Months tenure 52 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM = 62 CPM
- 6-11 Months tenure 55 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM= 65 CPM
- 12+ Months tenure 57 CPM + Safe Performance 10 CPM = 67 CPM

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid CDL Class A with Doubles/Triples endorsement
- Experience:
- 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years OR
- 5 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 10 years
- Clean driving record – no more than 2 combined tickets/accidents in the last 3 years
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug/alcohol screening, and DOT physical
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain equipment in safe operating condition
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Participate in continuous safety training
