LIMITED OPENING – HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Gilbert, Inc., a trusted FedEx Ground contractor, is actively hiring a Delivery Driver for the Grand Rapids area. This is a rare opportunity for local candidates— Your company delivery vehicle stays at your residence at the end of your shift. You will travel to the Duluth station in the morning to load deliveries for the day and return to the Grand Rapids area.

Pay & Benefits
- $185/day starting pay
- +$1 per stop bonus after route threshold

What You’ll Do
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses in the Grand Rapids area
- Drive a company-provided delivery vehicle kept at your home
- Deliver approximately 50–150 packages per day
- Complete routes ranging 200–300 miles daily
- Safely operate delivery vans or box trucks
- Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently
- Follow GPS routes and all traffic/safety regulations
- Maintain delivery records and communicate with dispatch
- Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance concerns
Requirements
- Must live in or near Grand Rapids, MN
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical (all company paid)
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs (dolly provided)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Positive customer-service attitude
Schedule
- 5 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
- Sunday off + 1 weekday off
- Start time between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (route dependent)
- Typical shifts 10 hours
