Hire Impact Recruiting is actively hiring established CDL-A TEAM drivers nationwide for a FedEx Custom Critical contractor running consistent, high-mileage team freight across the country.
This opportunity is built for teams looking for serious miles, strong weekly pay, reliable freight, and flexible home time options.
Drivers can live ANYWHERE in the United States.
OPTION 1 – 8 WEEKS OUT / 1 WEEK HOME
- $0.90 CPM Split
- 3,500 Mile Weekly Guarantee
- Up to 5,500 Miles Weekly
- $1,575 Minimum Weekly Per Driver
- Up to $2,475 Weekly Per Driver
- 100% Travel Covered (Flight or Rental Car)
OPTION 2 – 6 WEEKS OUT / 1 WEEK HOME
- $0.85 CPM Split
- 3,500 Mile Weekly Guarantee
- Up to 5,500 Miles Weekly
- $1,480 Minimum Weekly Per Driver
- Up to $2,330 Weekly Per Driver
- 50% Travel Reimbursement (Flight or Rental Car)
OPTION 3 – 3 WEEKS OUT / 1 WEEK HOME
- $0.80 CPM Split
- 3,500 Mile Weekly Minimum
- Up to 5,500 Miles Weekly
- No Travel Accommodations

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 Year Verifiable CDL-A Experience Within The Last 3 Years
- Team Driver or Willing To Be Paired
- Clean MVR
- Must Pass Background Check & Drug Test
- Must Be 21+ Years Old
