Key Responsibilities:
• Perform courteous and efficient pick-up of packages
• Verify shipments meet Fed Ex Canada service requirements
• Maintain high standards of customer service and interaction
• Lift up to 70 lb and manage 150 lb packages as required
• Complete all duties within a Monday to Saturday schedule
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure settings
• Knowledge of Fed Ex operations is a plus
