**Job Opportunity: Solo Driver at Malloy Inc**
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solo Driver to join our team at Malloy Inc., a FedEx Contractor. This position requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service while transporting goods to designated locations.
**Location:**
Running out of the terminal at 12900 Plantside Dr, Louisville, KY 40014
**Duties:**
– Safely operate assigned vehicles while ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
– Perform route driving to deliver freight efficiently and on time.
– Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
– Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise during transit.
– Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols and vehicle maintenance.
**Qualifications:**
– Must have at least 1 year of verifiable CDL experience, within the last 3 years
– A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record and Doubles/Triples endorsements is required.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently.
– Must be able to pass a required background check, drug screening, and have a current DOT physical.
**Benefits:**
– Weekly pay on Fridays.
– $100 Monthly Safety Bonus, $1000 Sign-on Bonus
– Starting pay is $280 per day
– Average of 250-400 miles driven per day.

– All trucks are day cabs, and smoking is allowed in some trucks. NO Pets.
**Available Schedules:**
Dispatch time: 8:00-10:00 PM. The majority of our runs pull doubles from Louisville to Northern KY, Columbus, OH, Nashville, TN, and Indianapolis, IN.
