Ayopa Inc. is currently hiring experienced Landscaping Drivers and Landscaping Helpers to join our growing commercial landscape maintenance team serving Central Florida.
We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in producing quality work every day. If you have commercial landscaping experience, understand proper equipment operation, and enjoy working outdoors, we’d like to meet you.
This is a full-time, year-round position—not seasonal work.
What You’ll Do
Our crews maintain:
- Commercial properties
- Parks
- Government facilities
- Municipal properties
- Public spaces
Daily responsibilities include:
- Commercial mowing
- String trimming
- Edging
- Blowing
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- General landscape maintenance
- Equipment inspections
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized trucks and trailers
- Following safety procedures
- Completing assigned routes efficiently
Landscaping Driver Qualifications
Drivers are responsible for safely transporting crews and equipment while helping lead daily operations.
Qualified applicants should have:
- Previous commercial landscaping experience
- Experience driving trucks with trailers
- Ability to safely back trailers
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
- Leadership skills
- Strong work ethic
Landscaping Helper Qualifications
Helpers must have:
- Previous landscaping experience
- Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work
- Dependability
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work well with a crew

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
