Class A CDL Driver – Dedicated California Route
Safeline Transport Inc. is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated California route hauling USPS mail and dry van freight. This is a full-time position with consistent freight, a predictable schedule, and guaranteed weekly pay.
About the Position
This is a dedicated Northern California to Southern California route.
A typical round trip includes:
- Pick up a dry van load in Northern California.
- Deliver to Southern California.
- Pick up a scheduled USPS mail load in San Diego.
- Return the mail load to Northern California.
Each round trip takes approximately 3 days and pays $900. Drivers complete 2 dedicated round trips per week, for a guaranteed minimum of $1,800 per week.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
- Transport dedicated USPS mail and dry van freight throughout California.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Complete live loading and unloading when required.
- Maintain DOT compliance and accurate paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
- Authorized to work in the United States (required for mail freight)
- Experience with live loading and unloading preferred
- Must be flexible with schedules, start times, and occasional route adjustments to meet operational needs
