Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up garments, laundry, and supplies across designated routes
- Assist with garment handling, including loading, unloading, and manual handling of heavy items such as laundry carts or garment bags
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and cash transactions if applicable
- Handle cash payments with care, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures are followed
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency during daily operations
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of garments or laundry items
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Clean NY State Driver License
- Minimum of 2+ years of delivery experience.
