Excavation & Construction Team Member (CDL Required)
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to join our excavation and construction team. This is a hands-on position that requires a willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing project needs. No two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery as needed
- Drive dump trucks and haul equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload construction equipment and materials
- Assist with excavation, grading, site preparation, utility installation, and other construction activities
- Perform physical labor including shoveling, raking, material handling, site cleanup, and general job site support
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Step in wherever needed to support the crew and keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications:
- Class A valid CDL required
- Experience operating construction equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, or similar equipment
- Ability to safely tow and transport equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed—whether that’s hauling equipment, driving a dump truck, running a skid steer, raking grade, shoveling, or helping the crew finish a project. The ideal candidate is reliable, versatile, and takes pride in being part of a hardworking excavation and construction team.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
