Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time End Dump Driver to join our team. This position requires a highly responsible and safety-focused individual with proven experience operating end dumps. The ideal candidate will be organized, clean, and take pride in maintaining equipment — especially since they’ll be operating a brand-new truck and trailer.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate end dump trucks to haul and deliver materials to job sites
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle at all times
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations and procedures
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, foremen, and customers
- Assist with loading/unloading materials when needed
- Represent the company professionally on and off the job site
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of CDL experience (End Dump experience required)
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Strong commitment to safety and equipment care
- Reliable, punctual, and organized work habits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a drug screening and background check

Pay: $200.00 – $405.00 per day
