We have a steady pipeline of work across federal and commercial projects and need someone to keep our jobs supplied, organized, and moving. We’re looking for someone to take ownership of material procurement, deliveries, and inventory.
This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing materials, coordinating deliveries, and managing inventory across multiple projects. Over time, this role can grow into supporting estimating and preconstruction.

Key Responsibilities
· Price and source electrical materials for active projects
· Build and maintain relationships with supply houses and vendors
· Place orders and track deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time
· Pick up and deliver materials to job sites on a regular basis (multiple times per week)
· Load, unload, and verify materials for accuracy before delivery
· Coordinate delivery schedules with field teams to keep jobs moving
· Receive, organize, and manage warehouse inventory
· Track material usage and reconcile orders and deliveries
· Work with PMs and estimators to align material needs with project schedules
· Resolve shortages, backorders, and vendor issues quickly
· Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and functional
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in electrical construction, supply house, or similar
- Strong working knowledge of electrical materials and vendors
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable—follows through and keeps things from slipping
- Comfortable and willing to learn new things, including technology
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to site access requirements
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
