Dump Truck Driver (Tri-Axle) Jobs in Quakertown at Xcaliber Property Management
Small excavation company looking to hire a full-time tri-axle driver. In addition to the standard responsibilities/qualifications below, the position is required to assist with snow removal in the winter. If you are unwilling/unable to work snow removal in the winter or pass the physical fitness test outlined below, do not apply. This is an entry level position targeted at someone who may not have their CDL or much experience but wants to get into the industry.
Our objective is to train and develop you into a qualified member of our team. Target groups are: recently discharged service members, tech school graduates, high school graduates, early trade industry transitions.

- Able to receive directions and execute instructions
- Willingness to learn and/or try new things
- Ability to stay cool under pressure
- Ability to use a cellphone (text, call, use maps, take pictures)
Physical Fitness Test:
This position requires you to be in basic physical shape in order to move bags of salt, chain equipment down, shovel, etc.
- Move a quantity of 10, 50# bags of material a distance of 40ft in under 4 minutes
- Rest 1 minute
- Move a quantity of 10, 5-gallon fuel cans a distance of 40ft in under 4 minutes
- Rest 1 minute
- Lift a quantity of 5, 50# bags of material from the ground and place on a trailer or surface that is 5ft above the ground in under 1 minute
- Rest 1 minute
- Lift a quantity of 5, 50# bags of material from a trailer or surface that is 5ft above the ground and place on the ground in under 1 minute.
- Rest 2 minutes
- Climb in and out of a dump truck body with a shovel 3 times in under 9 minutes
- Rest 2 minutes
- Climb in the back of a dump truck body with a shovel and shovel ½ a yard of dirt from the front of the truck to the back of the truck
