CDL Class A & Class B Dump Truck Driver
We are currently hiring experienced CDL Class A and Class B drivers for full-time, year-round work.
We perform infrastructure work throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, including highway, bridge, utility, and commercial construction projects. This is steady local work with drivers home every day.

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Clearinghouse query
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Job Duties
- Safely haul dirt, stone, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all jobsite and safety requirements
- Communicate with dispatch throughout the workday
- Keep assigned equipment clean and in good condition
Schedule Requirement
This is a construction industry position. Drivers are expected to work Saturdays when scheduled. Occasional Sunday work may also be required to meet project schedules, customer demands, or weather-related delays. If weekend work does not fit your availability, this position is not a good fit.
We’re looking for drivers who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. Reliability matters because our customers count on us to get the job done.
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule:
- Home daily
- Day Shift – Monday through Saturday
- Day Shift – Saturday work is expected
- Night Shift – Sunday through Thursday
- Night Shift – Friday work is expected
- Occasional Sunday work as needed
- Overtime available
