Max Distributing is hiring an experienced Retail Merchandising & Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Representative to support a convenience store network in the Dallas FW market.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in route delivery, merchandising execution, and retail account relationships who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and merchandise products at assigned retail locations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, displays, and planogram execution
- Manage order fulfillment, invoicing, and post-visit reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams
- Execute multiple store visits daily across assigned route
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of DSD, route delivery, or retail merchandising experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Comfortable with inventory tracking, order entry, and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
