About the Job
Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers to haul for a dedicated customer based in Florence, SC. Drivers will deliver palletized batteries to distribution centers and store locations. Pay
Earn an average of $90,000+ per year and $1,800+ per week. Drivers are paid $28.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Get paid weekly.
Schedule
Schedules will vary and weekends are required. Drivers will be out for 5 nights at a time before resetting again in Florence. Deliveries go to North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Texas. Drivers maybe required to assist other Ruan operations for 2-3 weeks at a time.
Equipment
This operation provides late-model equipment with ongoing training. Hazardous Material endorsement required within 60 days, which Ruan can assist to obtain. Some locations are no-touch freight and some locations require driver unload with an electric pallet jack.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Additional qualifications will apply
- With the Department of Transportation’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
Wage Range: 28.50 – 28.50 per hour
