Driving Range Supervisor
Are you passionate about golf operations and delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a dedicated Driving Range Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our driving range and practice facilities while ensuring an outstanding experience for every golfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the driving range and practice facilities.
- Ensure the driving range is maintained to the highest presentation standards throughout the day.
- Monitor the availability, collection, washing, inspection, and rotation of golf balls.
- Maintain accurate golf ball inventory and ensure equipment is in excellent condition.
- Rotate tee positions daily to preserve the quality of the practice area.
- Provide assistance and excellent customer service to golfers using the facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
- Support the Director of Golf with additional operational duties when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a golf club or golf operations environment is preferred.
- Minimum of a Level 2 Golf Coaching Certificate or a PGA Professional qualification.
- Strong understanding of the Rules of Golf, handicapping systems, and tournament formats.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and work effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with golfers.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Turkish, or Russian (spoken) is essential.
- Current Safeguarding and Child Protection Certification.
- Physically capable of handling daily operational tasks, including lifting golf bags and golf balls.
