Role Description
We are seeking Drivers with excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will be able to provide safe, punctual, and professional transport for individuals and corporate clients, including airport transfers, local journeys, and long-distance trips.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning routes
- Checking vehicle condition
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle
- Adhering to all road safety and company policies.
- Assist passengers with luggage, ensure a comfortable journey
- Handle bookings and journey updates using company systems
The role also involves clear communication with the dispatch team, flexible working hours, and occasional early morning, late night, weekend, or holiday shifts to support 24/7 operations.
What we are looking for
- Smart, punctual and professional with customer focused attitude
- Hold a valid RBWM badge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of local and regional routes around Ascot, airports, and surrounding areas
- Reliable, punctual, and professional, with strong attention to detail and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Previous experience in private hire, is preferred but not mandatory.
