Driver/Yard Job Description:
Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or job site/yard, performing any combination of the following duties: Read work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. Load and unload materials from pallets or vehicle truck(s). Load materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools. Move material(s) to or from storage areas, using physical strength, hand trucks, wheelbarrows, or other devices. Secures lifting attachments to materials that are to be moved to a different location. Stack or assembles materials into bundles and band bundles together, using a banding tool and a clincher. Lifts heavy objects by hand or using a power hoist, and cleaning work area(s) using a broom or rags. Competitive wages and benefits.
Must have a valid Class A Driver’s License
Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
