About the Role
Gwinnett Go Logistics is expanding into South Carolina and looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to serve as our on-site Driver / Operations Manager. This is not just a driving role — you will own the local operation, lead a small driver team, and be our boots-on-the-ground presence in the market.
Available Locations
Summerville, SC
7 Days Per Week | Starts July 8, 2026 | On-site daily presence required
Myrtle Beach, Conway & Surfside Beach, SC
Friday–Monday (4 Days/Week) | Immediate Start
What You’ll Do
- Deliver daily routes (70–100 stops) in the assigned South Carolina service area
- Serve as the local point of contact between the driver team and company leadership
- Support driver communication, daily coordination, and operational oversight
- Assist with driver onboarding, route coverage, and emergency support
- Help identify and refer qualified driver candidates to the company
- Maintain high delivery standards and team accountability on-site
- Ensure all drivers meet POD, communication, and attendance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing or leading a small team (delivery, logistics, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and professional presence
- Reliable, punctual, and tech-savvy
- Cargo Van — Transit, Sprinter, Promaster, or similar
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Smartphone — comfortable with delivery apps and group messaging
- Ability to lift packages as required
Insurance Requirements
- $1,000,000 Auto Liability Insurance
- $100,000 Cargo Insurance
Growth Opportunity
This contract is expected to grow. Additional cities and an increased driver count will be added as performance milestones are met. Managers who perform well will have the opportunity to take on a larger role as the operation scales.
Pay: $200.00 – $300.00 per day
