We are looking for a high‑caliber individual to join as Driver Operations Associate
. You’ll be placed in the Driver Operations Department and responsible for generating more driver leads and reporting to the Driver Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement offline driver acquisition programs and initiatives.
- Grow and continuously improve driver acquisition activities, using in‑app driver referral programs, driver acquisition affiliates, and relevant on‑ground manpower.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize our paid and organic channels through developing campaigns, events and programs for generating supply.
- Explore more channels to increase Lalamove driver awareness with the objective to make people interested in joining Lalamove as a driver partner.
- Collaborate with other subdivisions such as driver onboarding, offline presence and driver management teams to achieve oversupply state and to gain higher transaction value.
- Lead and monitor day‑to‑day on‑ground manpower, ensuring they achieve their daily targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self‑initiative and attentive to details.
- Critical thinker with a never‑ending improvement mindset.
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations background, preferably in a startup or logistics company.
- Experience in sales activity is a plus.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to champion new processes from plan to close.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience and familiarity with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
