Role Description The Driver/Mover role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tulsa, OK. In this role, the team member will safely operate company trucks to transport household and commercial goods to and from customer locations. Daily tasks include loading and unloading items, securely packing and protecting belongings, and following established procedures to complete moves efficiently and safely. The Driver/Mover will interact directly with customers, provide courteous service, follow dispatch instructions and routes, and assist with basic paperwork and move-related documentation. This position requires adherence to company safety standards and collaboration with coworkers to complete each move on schedule.
Qualifications
- Truck operation skills, including experience with Box Truck Driving and safe handling of moving vehicles.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and background needed.
- Strong Communication abilities for coordinating with team members and providing clear updates to customers.
- Customer Service skills to deliver a positive, respectful, and professional experience during each move.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy items safely.
- Reliability and punctuality, with a consistent commitment to safety and following company procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior moving or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
Pay
- Starting out at $15-$18 an hour based on prior experience.
- Tips can be earned daily from $20-$100+.
- Paid weekly based on your previous week's hours.
Schedule
- This is a full time position.
- We are open Mon-Sat with occasional jobs on Sundays.
- We are expecting you to be available all day when you come into work or until the job is complete.
