CEO seeks a highly reliable, polished, and service-oriented Driver / House Assistant to support transportation needs and light household operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in professionalism, discretion, and maintaining a seamless day-to-day environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a private home setting with a high level of trust and confidentiality. This person should anticipate needs, maintain vehicles to impeccable standards, and provide thoughtful household support as needed.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience
• Prior experience working in a private household, chauffeur, or similar high-service environmentpreferred
• Excellent driving record and strong knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
• Highly discreet, trustworthy, and dependable
• Polished presentation and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and service standards
• Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
• Comfortable handling both transportation and light household support responsibilities
• Flexible schedule with availability based on household needs
Responsibilities
• Provide safe, punctual transportation for office commutes, appointments, meetings, and personal travel. The majority of driving will be in Manhattan, where the principal both lives and works.
• Coordinate approximately 10–15 trips per week
• Maintain vehicles in pristine, ready-to-use condition at all times, including refueling, cleaning, servicing, and maintenance coordination
• Assist with household errands, deliveries, pickups, and drop-offs
• Provide light household support and assist with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
• Coordinate scheduling and transportation logistics efficiently
• Serve as a dependable and professional presence within the household environment
Full-time with two days off weekly (schedule provided one week in advance)
$80K/year (based on experience)
