Basic Qualifications

  • Active Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement,

  • Ability to meet requirements to obtain an ATF Possessor’s License
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Ability to support loading, unloading, securing, and transporting materials, trucks, and trailers
  • Ability to work full time onsite in Camden, AR

Job Description

You will be the Truck Driver supporting Camden Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy duty trucks, trailers, and material handling equipment to transport materials, merchandise, equipment, and other approved loads within an industrial manufacturing environment.

This position supports daily site operations by ensuring materials and equipment are moved safely, accurately, and on schedule. The selected candidate must be safety focused, dependable, comfortable working around explosive materials, and able to follow all company procedures, transportation requirements, and regulatory expectations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Truck Driver, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate heavy duty trucks, semi trailers, and heavy duty trailers to transport materials, equipment, and merchandise within the Camden Operations site
  • Load, unload, secure, and transport materials in accordance with safety requirements and work instructions
  • Operate forklifts and other approved material handling equipment as required
  • Support the movement of explosive materials in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Perform pre use inspections of vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and related equipment
  • Follow designated routes, traffic rules, site procedures, and material movement requirements
  • Maintain accurate records related to material movement, deliveries, pickups, and equipment usage
  • Communicate equipment issues, material concerns, safety hazards, or delivery delays to appropriate leadership
  • Support warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, and operations teams as needed
  • Work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
  • Maintain a professional, customer focused approach when supporting internal teams and site partners

Desired Skills

  • Experience operating heavy duty trucks, semi trailers, heavy duty trailers, forklifts, or other material handling equipment in an industrial environment
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, transportation, or production operations
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory, logistics, or material movement systems
