Job Description Summary
Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Class A CDL Driver to deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites. The role includes driving a flatbed or RGN lowboy trailer in various settings while ensuring safe operation in tight construction zones.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies for customers.
- Operate flatbed and RGN lowboy trailers under various conditions.
- Maintain consistent safe driving practices, especially in construction zones.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Prior training or experience with commercial equipment and trailers.
- Experience driving flatbed and RGN/lowboy trailers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs at job sites.
Physical Requirements
The job requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 lbs or more, and working indoors or outdoors as needed.
Base Pay Range
$31.13 – $46.69. Starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
