Role Description This full-time, on-site Driver C category role is based in Sofia and is responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport goods between warehouses, clients, and distribution points. Daily tasks include loading and securing cargo, driving assigned routes, following delivery schedules, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. The driver maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs basic inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns. The role involves interacting with warehouse staff and customers in a professional manner, completing delivery documentation, and complying with all traffic regulations and company procedures. The driver also supports the logistics team by following route plans and contributing to efficient fleet operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Truck Driving and operating a Truck safely, with a valid C category driver’s license; CDL Class A or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Previous experience in commercial or freight driving, ideally within logistics, distribution, or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes in Sofia and across Bulgaria.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading goods and securing cargo.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in completing delivery documentation and vehicle checks.
- Willingness to work full time on-site, with flexibility for different shifts or routes as needed.
