Job Description
- Recruit drivers to achieve assigned KPIs while ensuring onboarding quality and operational compliance.
- Guide and support driver candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement and registration to successful onboarding completion.
- Review driver applications and proactively contact candidates for screening and job consultation when necessary.
- Monitor, update, and manage candidate data to track recruitment performance and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute recruitment branding activities across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok,…
- Create basic content, participate in livestream activities and support employer branding initiatives when required.
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- College/University graduate or awaiting graduation, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Prior experience in recruitment, content creation, or livestreaming is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in consulting and supporting candidates both in-person and through online platforms.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and willing to create TikTok/Facebook video content or participate in livestream activities as part of the job.
- Proactive, energetic, creative, and up-to-date with social media trends.
- Able to manage data, track recruitment progress, and achieve assigned KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
