Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to join our team as independent contractors. This role involves safely transporting clients to and from medical appointments, ensuring a comfortable and timely experience.
Responsibilities:
* Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for clients.
* Assist passengers as needed when entering and exiting the vehicle
* Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle which will require vehicle inspections.
* Use a smartphone for scheduling, navigation, and communication.
* Follow all traffic laws and company guidelines.
Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check
* Ability to pass a drug screening
* Must own a **smartphone** (required for dispatch and communication)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Dependable and punctual
Vehicle Requirements (Preferred):
* Drivers are encouraged to use their own vehicle in some case company
* Vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and reliable
* Proof of insurance and registration required
Compensation:
Pay starts at $100 a day.
