Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Arlington, TX. The Driver will to vans transportating students safely and efficiently to designated locations, following all federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation, and ensuring passenger safety. The Driver will interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate routes, communicate delivery status, and address any issues that arise during transit. The role also involves caring for the vehicle, reporting maintenance needs, and representing the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with dispatch, management, and customers.

- Candidates should possess strong time management, route planning, and problem-solving abilities.
