Key Responsibilities:
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
- Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
- Collect payments and issue receipts.
- Cooperate with all departments regarding the collection and delivery of documents.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage.
- Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest.
- Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
- Book car wash and detailing services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
- Perform other duties as reasonably directed by the COO or delegate.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and GPS navigation.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to report mechanical issues.
- Flexible to work outside regular business hours when required.
- Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
