Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable driver with experience in pickup and delivery operations who is eager to grow into a leadership role within our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing dock operations, coordinating route load-outs, and providing route coverage for drivers during vacations, sick leave, and other absences. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dock operations and oversee route load-outs.
- Cover delivery routes as needed.
- Ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Load and organize inventory into delivery vehicles to maximize route efficiency.
- Verify inventory against shipping manifests and delivery documentation.
- Maintain organized delivery records and paperwork.
- Coordinate and track scheduled vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate delivery progress and updates with the Service Manager.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns or safety issues.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Support and guide fellow drivers, helping build a strong, team-focused environment.
QualificationsRequired:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license (Missouri Class E or standard Kansas license).
- Clean driving record with no moving violations.
- Ability to safely drive and park large vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Dependable, hardworking, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred:
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Previous delivery, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
