• Delivering and collecting vehicles from clients and drivers
• Operating and driving a tow truck when required
• Airport pickups and drop-offs for clients
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good condition before dispatch
• Conducting routine vehicle checks and reporting faults or damages promptly
• Maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
• Keeping accurate trip and vehicle records
• Assisting with vehicle recovery and emergency support when needed
• Following all road safety and traffic regulations
• Supporting daily transport and operational activities of the company.
