Donation Center Driver
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Pay: $20.00+ DoE / hour + Benefits (+$1.50 Weekend Differential)
Job Type: Full-time
Work 4 shifts a week, 10 hours per shift. Schedule is every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 6am to 4:30pm

Big Brothers Big Sisters Donation Center is looking for a dedicated and reliable driver to help transport donated goods in the Santa Fe area. As a key part of our team, you will safely operate company box trucks, assist with donation pickups, and provide excellent customer service during home and business pickups, special events, and clothing drives.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate a box truck to pick up, transport, and deliver donations.
- Provide friendly and professional service to donors during pickups.
- Load and unload donated items, including furniture, bags of clothing, and household goods.
- Follow a daily route schedule while maintaining timely and efficient operations.
- Assist with special event pickups and community donation drives.
- Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
- This job is very physical you will be climbing into and out of a box truck all day long loading and unloading donated items.
What You Need:
Must be at least 21 years old (CDL not required).
Valid NM driver’s license with a clean MVD record and proof of insurance.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally while climbing stairs.
Pass a pre-employment background check, DOT drug screening, and physical.
Availability for early morning shifts (typically starting at 6 AM), including weekends.
Prior professional driving or physically demanding labor experience preferred.
