Distribution Driver Jobs in Millbury at OCS Green Leaves d/b/a Perpetual Brands
Job Summary
Accurately load, transport, and unload product deliveries to licensed marijuana establishments in accordance with all delivery manifests and applicable regulatory requirements.
● Travel throughout Massachusetts using a company-provided vehicle
● Monitor traffic and weather reports to plan safe, efficient routes
● Assist with loading and unloading daily orders
● Schedule routine vehicle maintenance and promptly report any mechanical issues
● Support cultivation, post-harvest, and manufacturing teams when not on scheduled
delivery routes
● Maintain accurate inventory, transport, and distribution records
● Deliver excellent customer service on every stop
● Comply with all Massachusetts cannabis regulations and company SOPs
Responsibilities
21 years of age or older
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Proven experience as a delivery or professional driver
● Ability to pass a criminal background check
● High school diploma or GED
● Familiarity with GPS navigation tools
● Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Reliable, punctual, and professional
● Must maintain a personal cellphone
● Willingness to work overtime and through scheduled breaks as needed
● Must remain compliant with all company policies at all times
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
