Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver
No experience needed, all required training is provided.
- Day Hours- 8:00am-4:00pm
- Monday-Friday
We have an awesome bonus for new hires.
- $300 after 3 months of the hire date if you’re still with us
- another $300 after 6 months of the hire date if you’re still with us
- an extra $900 after 12 months of the hire date if you’re still with us!

Job Description:
In this role you will get to help adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities live their best lives. You will get to:
- Help folks learn their basic daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
- Go with them for community activities like movie theaters, bowling alleys, sporting events, parks, Worlds of Fun, and all kinds of other awesome stuff!
- Help provide a safe, clean and orderly environment that they (and you) can feel proud of.
- Help them develop the needed skills for acquiring their own jobs in the community.

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
- Must be least 18+ years of age
- Will need reliable transportation
- Should have a current and valid Driver’s License
- Pass all background checks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of the people we serve
- Ready to make a positive difference in the lives of others!
Job Type: Full-time
