Position: Direct Entry Captain – Saab 340 Role

We’re inviting skilled pilots to lead our growing regional airline. In this role, you’ll navigate both IFR and VFR conditions while fostering teamwork and professionalism among the flight crew. Benefit from a structured training program designed for those new to the Saab 340, helping you to excel from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safe operations under varied weather and terrain
• Advocate for safety protocols and risk management principles
• Train and develop First Officers through shared knowledge
• Liaise with Dispatch and Maintenance for operational efficiency
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all passengers
Requirements:
• 2,000 total flight hours, with 1,000 as Pilot-in-Command
• 1,000 hours of relevant multi-engine experience
• TCCA ATPL license and Class 1 Medical
• Minimum ICAO ELP Level 4
• Must be eligible for employment in Canada
